Father & Son
Ever since I was very young, my father has guided me through the business world. Throughout the years I have followed in his footsteps and watched as he worked and sacrificed in order to reach his goal to own his own business. With his guidance, I have started my own company developing and renovating Real Estate.
Elvis Methoxha
- In May of 2012, I completed the CT Real Estate Salesperson exams and earned my license to practice real estate.
- In November of 2012, I started ELCONN Properties, LLC and worked from home while continuing to pursue my college degree full-time. I partnered up with Country Manor Realty and started building my real estate market knowledge with the help of my brokers, Robert "Bob" Siemiatkoski and Karen Diamantes, two wonderful people and exceptionally smart in the world of real estate.
- In July of 2013, we opened up our first office in Plainville, CT.
- In December 2015, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Central Connecticut State University.
- In July 2017, I completed my Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Connecticut.
- In January, 2022, I've expanded my real estate service area to Boston, which is super exciting for us! We partnered up with Coldwell Banker Realty to provide full listing service in the Boston Metropolitan Area.
